Cloud Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WG&T Cloud platform, operated by WG TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA (Tax ID 61.580.413/0001-87). By subscribing to or using our infrastructure services (IaaS, PaaS, or Serverless), the client agrees to the provisions set forth herein.
1. Scope of Service
WG&T Cloud provides virtualized compute resources, distributed storage (Ceph Pool), and network connectivity across proprietary and partner data centers located in Brazilian territory (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro). Provisioning is fully automated via the Customer Portal.
2. Billing and Metering Model
Resource usage follows a Pay-as-you-go or monthly invoicing model. Telemetry metering is tracked in real-time (vCPU, RAM, NVMe/Ceph Storage, and Egress Traffic). Failure to pay by the due date may result in temporary service suspension after a 5-business-day prior notice.
3. Client (Tenant) Responsibilities
The client is solely responsible for managing operating systems, applications, content, logical backups, and access credentials (WG&T ID) within their virtual instances. Unauthorized usage, DDoS attacks, spam, or copyright infringement on the cloud is strictly prohibited.
